Today out of nowhere my Microsoft account has been locked. I have filled the form at "aka.ms/compliancelock" about 6 hour ago but so far haven't gotten any confirmation email or anything to know if my request has even been logged anywhere. This account has Office 365 for Home subscription and the least MSFT can do is acknowledge that my request has been received.
No access to over 250 GB in OneDrive, Skype, Email anything.
Extremely frustrated, can someone please guide me what to do?

Day 13 and still no update. Let's see how much longer this takes.
PS. I know no one here can help me with this but I will keep on posting about my experience in the hope that it may help someone going thru the same experience.
Day 19 and still no response. It is simply amazing how indifferent their attitude is towards their customers.
Day 31 and still no reply although I have been asking for an update every 72 hours. :(
Does anyone know of any other way to get their attention short of going into litigation or arbitration?

Thanks for you suggestion and I called but they apparently handle on sales and other product support. A very nice and helpful guy did guide me to online chat support and I had a chat there. However (no surprise there) the chat was utterly useless. I'm attaching the entire chat's screenshot below just for the sake of letting others in similar situation know that they shouldn't waste their time with this.
Anyway the hunt for a way to get this resolved continues. I'll keep posting updates here as and when they happen in the hope that it might help someone in a similar predicament.
