Locked Account

Today out of nowhere my Microsoft account has been locked.  I have filled the form at "aka.ms/compliancelock" about 6 hour ago but so far haven't gotten any confirmation email or anything to know if my request has even been logged anywhere.  This account has Office 365 for Home subscription and the least MSFT can do is acknowledge that my request has been received.   

No access to over 250 GB in OneDrive, Skype, Email anything.

Extremely frustrated,  can someone please guide me what to do?

    Thanks for your response!

    I tried to One drive support and they said they can't do anything as it is with account department. Can you mail me the email ID at  a l i a k bar5252  @ g m a i l . c o m?

    Also, let me know what is the step I should follow to contact One Drive Support. Might be my approach is not correct and there is different way to reach one drive support

    I need the data back anyhow as it contains so critical documents that can ruin my complete life if I don't get the data back

    Hi HanifALi,

    Could you please provide the email address to my email ID? I got a email from the support that they are working on my case. I am not sure if the update is true or not. I just want to email the Online Safety team my requirement of the data and just need few days to back up my data. Post that, they can close the account that would be fine once I back up the data.

    I tried inserting the email address but it was automatically removed with the following message:

    *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

    So, I do not recommend trying this route. You will see from most of the other posts of people having Locked Account issue, that the most successful approach is to contact OneDrive support.

    I am in very situation as my data has been blocked hence reaching out to you. If you are not comfortable mailing me, you can provide the email in the same fashion I have typed in the above email.

    THis could save me from big trouble
