Locked Account

I am having the same problem, my account got locked for some unknown reason. The application to unlock won't accept my phone number and its now been almost 3 weeks since I raised the call with the Microsoft Customer Service team (SIR0863101) and still not even a response (except for the automated one).. Its crazy, I have an upcoming flight that i can't get the details for. I have tried 2 online chats and both utterly useless. Microsoft need to sort this out.

  I am facing same problem abou 4 days ago i got same screen for locked email ( ******@icf.sa ),.  i try to contact microsoft team work about my problem , hope to resolve this problem and unlocked my email , it's neccsary for me

Same here! They promise to respond within 24 hours but nothing. Trust in Microsoft has gone as I have lotsa important mail and OneDrive files which I cannot access anymore. “We empower every person on this planet to achieve more”... Well thats not true Microsoft!

I have had the same problem happen to me this past Friday and I am in need of urgent help to understand why and speak to someone to have it resolved. I have a disabled son and am in the middle of organising an international house move and every day without access to my email and documents has a disproportionate and distressing impact on us.  My request number is SIR0795568. If there's anything you can do to help I would really, really appreciate it. I have already tried the online support but they have not been able to help.

Today out of nowhere my Microsoft account has been locked.  I have filled the form at "aka.ms/compliancelock" about 6 hour ago but so far haven't gotten any confirmation email or anything to know if my request has even been logged anywhere.  This account has Office 365 for Home subscription and the least MSFT can do is acknowledge that my request has been received.   

No access to over 250 GB in OneDrive, Skype, Email anything.

Extremely frustrated,  can someone please guide me what to do?

Me too, but it happened yesterday when i updated my onedrive to "insiders preview" version. I have filled the form and 24 hours later not a single response from MS.
