Locked Account

Today out of nowhere my Microsoft account has been locked.  I have filled the form at "aka.ms/compliancelock" about 6 hour ago but so far haven't gotten any confirmation email or anything to know if my request has even been logged anywhere.  This account has Office 365 for Home subscription and the least MSFT can do is acknowledge that my request has been received.

No access to over 250 GB in OneDrive, Skype, Email anything.

Extremely frustrated,  can someone please guide me what to do?

Requests to unblock accounts have to go through a very specific process with support advocates that have special clearance in order to keep your sensitive information secure. There is no escalation path for this issue

Are you still able to access the response email you provided on the form? Did you receive an email with a tracking number?

    Hi Mr. Dante ,

i saw your replies to the complain and i think you solve it since i couldn't find and addition comment from the original person who generate the complain after your message him in private.

please to advice me with the solution as i got the same issue since two days with the same full details discussion and no action and all my communications with every one and entity been connected to that account.

Appreciate your update to do the necessary action.

    Best regards,

    Ahmed Osama.

Noone in ms reply seriously in the post or by mail. I'm writing an article hoping that some it press in italy can publish it...

Yes, hopefully that will do something. This again shows the power of the big companies, you are powerless. Even if you are a loyal customer for 20/30 years, you get this reaction. Its ridiculous. So far the support from MS, I get that there are algorithms for violations but you can at least respond in a normal way and try to keep the customers statisfied.....

We got this reaction from the support. But we still don't know what's wrong. How can this ever be a reaction from microsoft? Not even mentioning what we did wrong. This is no way to treat clients!

    Hi ,

Microsoft disabled access to the account due to a serious violation of the Microsoft Services Agreement https://www.microsoft.com/servicesagreement/default.aspx#3\_codeOfConduct.

As stated in the Microsoft Services Agreement, you will no longer be able to access any Services that require a Microsoft account.

For any subscriptions associated with the account, Microsoft will immediately cease charging the credit card on file for recurring charges.

Is there someone that is been able to get this problem fixed? It's insane that all the files are unreachable when we dont know what we did. The account has been lock with no reaction from the support. This is the very dangerous side of the cloud, not being able to get your own files!
