Locked Account

Today out of nowhere my Microsoft account has been locked.  I have filled the form at "aka.ms/compliancelock" about 6 hour ago but so far haven't gotten any confirmation email or anything to know if my request has even been logged anywhere.  This account has Office 365 for Home subscription and the least MSFT can do is acknowledge that my request has been received.

No access to over 250 GB in OneDrive, Skype, Email anything.

Extremely frustrated,  can someone please guide me what to do?

No just an initial email on May-18 text below:

    Hi Abbas,

We have received your inquiry regarding your Microsoft account. It may take a while for us to respond as we need to escalate this case for review. Please do not submit additional requests as that will only slow our response.

We apologize for any delay as we know this means you do not have access to your account.  Please know that we will address your request as soon as possible.

    Sincerely,

I have replied to this email a number of times and never gotten any reply either.

Did you get any other email from our Microsoft Account Support Team asking for additional information or was it just the initial email which has the tracking number?

Requests to unblock accounts have to go through a very specific process with support advocates that have special clearance in order to keep your sensitive information secure. There is no escalation path for this issue

Are you still able to access the response email you provided on the form? Did you receive an email with a tracking number?

Yes I did get a tracking number and have it.  I have no issue with them verifying everything, however, all I expect is that somebody at least give me a time frame on how long it might take so I can plan accordingly.  With close to 300 GB of data obviously I am in a fix.  If I have some sort of a high-level timeline (30 days, 90 days or whatever) I can plan my ongoing things around it
