Since you asked people to post on UserVoice, did you go look at the responses?

Overwhelmingly consistent sentiment that not being able to send as attachment or given the option to do so, was a boneheaded mistake.

    Now What?

Is MS addressing the issue and correcting it?

They fixed it worse now!!  I was able to just send 1 picture at a time as an attachment.  Now, it embeds just 1 picture in the email.  This is such a pain in the but.  Doesn't Microsoft think we might want to get the original file so we can do something with it?  Well at least I can right click on the picture and save it as a file.  But then have to chase down the location.

It is a change everyone is facing and I've uninstalled outlook because of it. I'm trying BlueMail and it does what emails should by attaching and not in lining in the email. Bad move Microsoft.

    Kind Regards

    Hi,

Yeah they don't give a crap, I've uninstalled outlook now because of this change  (not a bug) and I'm trying out BlueMail. So far so good.

    Kind Regards,

    Nic H
