Hi

Attaching pictures in the recent update of outlook app on android are inline and not as attachments.

Could you please help!!

    Hi,

    Outlook for Android started off for a long time attaching pics as they should be, as attachments. It continues to do so with single pics, but more than one, it adds then inline. Some not so smart person changed it for the worse in an update as old as this thread. 

    This isn't a please request, this is a fix the screw up request.

    Outlook app on android is attaching pictures as inline and not as attachments. It's not practical at all and annoying. Please help.

    Wow! That's ridiculous.   Up until the last release I was able to do attachments with no problem.

    I contacted support. They said it's by design. I informed them that no other version of Outlook on desktop, Windows 10, the old Windows phone (which my Lumia 950 of 4 years just died) nor old Windows mobile. Then they came back with this response...

    "You can however just put the pictures in a zip file. When you attach the zip. It will be considered as an attachment."

    What an absolute stupid idea. People shouldn't use zips. People who don't know enough could open one then execute a virus inside.
