Outlook app on android is attaching pictures as inline and not as attachments

Attaching pictures in the recent update of outlook app on android are inline and not as attachments.

Could you please help!!

Attachment in Android is the body (inline), how to attach as attachment ?

This only works (at least now) if you're trying to attach 1 photo...any more than that and it reverts to inline

All my files/pictures are in OneDrive and I still can't find a way to make this work.

When i first encountered this problem yesterday, immediately i googled hoping to look for a solution to it. But instead, i landed in this forum with many others complaining about the same issue since January 2018 and it is still not solved until now. I just switched to Outlook 48 hours ago and stumbled upon this issue 24 hours ago and now i have regretted deleting my account in Android Email app to migrate to Outlook.

This is actually a real world issue for your users, not some imaginary syntactic difference.

Please fix this ASAP! (At least make it an option and not the default)

EXAMPLE:

Let's say a company wants a centralized non-technical way to collect receipts. Sounds like something to save some time. Let's say the company tells it's users all they have to do when purchases are made on company cards is take a picture of them and send them attached to an email (ex. ******@domain.com). That means someone else (me) doesn't have to spend half of my day scanning away. Saves time (my time), increases productivity... someone profits.

To do something useful with these pictures, I made a flow (yes trying to use your "features" in Office365 to make life easier for me) that takes emails sent there, and saves the attachments (pictures of receipts) to OneDrive for storage. The problem is that the first thing this flow does is check to see if an email contains an attachment.

No attachment, no flow, no easily saved file, no time saved for me.

I end up spending more time that it was worth in the first place to dig all those files out of their respective emails to save them the way they should have been in the first place.

This works perfectly for most email clients, including most versions of Outlook EXCEPT Outlook for Android. 

Photos are files.

Treat them as such.

Please fix this.
