I am attempting to use Outlook on my android phone. When I attempt to add my email account to outlook (on my phone) I get an error that says: Your mail certificate is invalid. Would you like to login anyway. PLEASE HELP!!!!

2018-04-04T01:15:51+00:00 I'm having the same issue. When I press "LOGIN" the error just repeats. My only option is to press "CANCEL".
I've confirmed the name of the email server "mail.twc.com"
Here is the instruction my ISP send me.
- IMAP settings:
- Account Type: IMAP
- Incoming Mail Server mail.twc.com
- Incoming Server —IMAP port 993
- Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.twc.com
- Outgoing Server — SMTP port 587
- Inbound & Outbound User Name:
full email address
- johndoe@roadrunnercom
- Inbound & Outbound Password: Email Password (same as used for TWC Web Mail)
- SMTP Server Requires Authentication: Checked
One item to note, the ISP support person is using Outlook for Android with no issues. I too was using Outlook for Android on my old phone. I just can't get this to work on my new Samsung S8
