Cannot Preview PDF attachments in Outlook Web Access

We have Exchange on O365 and User desktops of Outlook 2016.  Some users have Outlook on their mobile phones also.

We can preview PDF files in Outlook emails on the Desktop Outlook and on mobile phone with outlook.

We cannot preview PDF files in Outlook on the web browser.  We can preview office files but PDF files display a blank grey page.

We can download PDF files to onedrive and open and view them from onedrive.

  1. Should we be able to preview PDF files in Outlook on the Web Browser?
  2. Can this be enabled to work?

Thank you!

    Barry,

    Is this what you're looking for?

    <!DOCTYPE html>

    <html dir="ltr" lang="en-US">

    <head>

    <meta charset="utf-8">

    <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=edge"/>

    <meta http-equiv="pragma" content="no-cache"/>

    <meta name="apple-mobile-web-app-capable" content="yes"/>

    <meta name="apple-mobile-web-app-status-bar-style" content="default"/>

    <meta name="format-detection" content="telephone=no"/>

    <meta name="viewport" content="user-scalable=0, width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0, maximum-scale=1.0"/>

    Hi BuckyBear3819,

    For further processing, please give us your Outlook Web App’s version and your tenant information. Right click anywhere in Outlook Web App and select View page source, the version looks like 16.2293.11.2549799.

    Regards,

    Barry

    Barry, we have several thousand people using O365 for emails now and about 2 dozen or more have noticed this issue.

    Thanks,   BuckyBear3819

    Hi BuckyBear3819,

    We have received the log file. Meanwhile, could you tell us how many users are affected in your organization?

    Thanks,
