I've been having the same problem. I've been using the support feature in the app haven't been any help yet. I'm the admin of my org and none of the settings have changed for my login. Previously when used this app and added an account it would ask me if I wanted to stay logged in. I've deleted everything, cleared cache and app data, uninstalled everything, and I've never seen that option again when I add my account again. When ever I login I see a bunch of screens pop-up and they disappear and I have no idea what it's doing.

Hello vader80 and all,
I am writing this thread by now. We found many users have this same problem. I found that some users in this thread mentioned that this problem also occurred in other Office applications. I did a lot of search but failed to find there are any known issue about Outlook for Android. Since we are Outlook for Windows support and mainly focus on Outlook for PC problems, please forgive us having limited knowledge about Outlook for mobile. However, I will try my best to help you and hope we can find the root cause.
May I confirm whether all users are using the Office 365 account (the suffix is onmicrosoft.com or yourdomain.com)? I tested in Outlook for Android version 3.0.131(339) with my Office 365 account but didn’t have this problem. Given this situation, I suggest you double check whether this problem occurs on Outlook for PC or on the web. You can also try to sign into Outlook for Web via Android phone’s browser to check the outcome.
Meanwhile, I will send @vader80 a test account via Private Message, please test it on your Android phone and feel free to share updates with us.
Your cooperation is much appreciated.
Best Regards,
Sylvie

Only happen on Android and I am using Microsoft auth app
Yeah, that's basically what happened to me. The only other differences was I **WOULD** receive email and they would show up in the notification screen; however, if I went to the mail app, they would not appear in Inbox and it would just say that I needed to log in again, etc.
Very bizarre since it could obvious see my messages, right?
I have 3 different Microsoft accounts this happens with and one is private and the other 2 are business. All are my own domains run through o365.
P.S. I have no clue about the "Windows" vs. "Android" Outlook support group. I went to the website to try and find help and this was where it routed me when I said I had an Outlook issue. Maybe that support screen should be simplified or something.
