Split from this thread.

I've been having the same problem. I've been using the support feature in the app haven't been any help yet. I'm the admin of my org and none of the settings have changed for my login. Previously when used this app and added an account it would ask me if I wanted to stay logged in. I've deleted everything, cleared cache and app data, uninstalled everything, and I've never seen that option again when I add my account again. When ever I login I see a bunch of screens pop-up and they disappear and I have no idea what it's doing.

Fingers crossed. I joined the Beta program for the MS Authenticator app. I have not had the issue since.

(a nice side product, it now backs up codes)

With this many people reporting "SIGN ON ISSUES WITH MICROSOFT APPS ON ANDROID" all around the same time, something larger is wrong here. Microsoft if you're listening, I'm the admin of a large enterprise and would be willing to work with you all to put this to bed forever.  Let's do it.

I also opted in to the Microsoft Authenticator (Beta) program and that appears to have temporarily fixed the problem.

I certainly cannot say "solved" the problem because "solving" means that MSFT fixes the problem/resolves their issue without user input. Moving an entire organization to a Beta program which usually involves every single user opting in to the beta is ***NOT*** solving the problem.
