Split from this thread.

I've been having the same problem. I've been using the support feature in the app haven't been any help yet. I'm the admin of my org and none of the settings have changed for my login. Previously when used this app and added an account it would ask me if I wanted to stay logged in. I've deleted everything, cleared cache and app data, uninstalled everything, and I've never seen that option again when I add my account again. When ever I login I see a bunch of screens pop-up and they disappear and I have no idea what it's doing.

Yes, I registered my phone in the Microsoft Authenticator app for android and that has seemed to fix it.

Think I finally have a support rep in the Outlook app that is taking this issue more seriously instead of the normal clear cache/reinstall steps. He is going to escalate to higher level support.  Hopefully, at least the Outlook team, will engage the Authenticator app team internally and get to the bottom of the issue.

I did the same yesterday morning and haven't had a single sign in issue yet.  Sounds like there is some needed documentation or configuration development needed to be done between the Authenticator app and O365 accounts.

    Hey Mike,

I removed authenticator on my device and use SMS for now and that seems to do the trick.

For another user, i had them do a "Device Registration" through the authenticator app and that appears to have been a good enough work around for them  as well
