Split from this thread.

I've been having the same problem. I've been using the support feature in the app haven't been any help yet. I'm the admin of my org and none of the settings have changed for my login. Previously when used this app and added an account it would ask me if I wanted to stay logged in. I've deleted everything, cleared cache and app data, uninstalled everything, and I've never seen that option again when I add my account again. When ever I login I see a bunch of screens pop-up and they disappear and I have no idea what it's doing.

Yes, I registered my phone in the Microsoft Authenticator app for android and that has seemed to fix it.

I force stopped Outlook, uninstalled, (didn't clear cache and data), reinstalled Outlook 365, and it's working normally with the information already on the phone.  I may have had more than one Outlook app installed.  I'm just glad it's working.

I'm having the problem on my Android phone using Office 365.  I don't have a problem on my desktop PC.  I contacted Support on my phone, and, occasionally, when I try to open messages, I see 5 replies from Support, but I've only been able to read them once, this morning, and I couldn't reply.  Now, I can't see them.  This is the screen I get, and I can't find a password that will work.

So since my last post the issue appears to have gone. I simply cleared cache and data for one drive, outlook and teams. If the problem comes back will report back accordingly.

One thing I'm not sure about that stands out to me reading your previous posts is your current config with accounts spread over three tenants, personal/business/business. I have tested the other issues, related to multiple applications for a single account within different tenants, up and down for the past week, but nothing with cross-tenancy or personal accounts. Unfortunately most of my information is conjecture based on testing different configurations and an understanding of the protocol, so I don't truly know what's happening on the backend to understand all the possible conditions.

We may also be conflating separate but similar issues. But the Aquamail appears as a completely separate application in Azure and would not interact with tokens from Authenticator at any rate.
