Turn Off Advanced Threat Protection in Outlook.com

First, I have an @msn.com email address. This is not an Office 365 business email address!

All the links in my email prefaced with the https://nam04.safelinks.protection.outlook.com.  Looking this up is part of the Exchange advanced threat protection package which they talk about in Office 365 for business.  How do I turn this off for my personal @msn.com email account.  It is actually causing more problems for me than it "protects" me so I need to turn this off.  How do I turn this off?  Again, this is happening on a personal account, not a business account.

    UPDATE

    Microsoft intrudes again.  After requesting they remove/disable their Safe Links feature in my accounts which they did, I discovered later that they reenabled it.  Now I have to contact them again (of which the only means is using the ? toolbar icon, entering a description, bypassing the irrelevant suggestions, and "e-mailing" them for help).  I have to now wait for someone at Microsoft to take action ... again!

    Thanks Anna - I tried internet explorer and it did work. It was like meeting an old friend again!

    To verify if this is an issue with the browser or website itself, I suggest that you clear your browser's cache and temporary internet files, if you haven't tried it yet. You may also try to access the Outlook.com Help page using a different web browser.

    Once done, please check if you will receive the same error message.

    How frustrating that youre not able to send your message. My attempt worked seamlessly. Delete, then srart from scratch?
