A few days ago my Hotmail e-mail account suddenly switch to the "Outlook" mail & layout (where the little blue line fills in across the screen under the "Outlook" icon....) I hate it! Why did it change & HOW CAN I SWITCH BACK TO THE OLD HOTMAIL FORMAT I WAS COMFORTABLE WITH ALL THESE YEARS???

Then one option is to route the new "downgraded" hotmail account to gmail account. Gmail are not doing this kind of downgrade...

And who decided in microsoft that they should use resources on this type of "downgrade"? It is totally impossible to understand, when the old version was working ok, in hard contrast to the new version.

All major free email service are constantly updating there look and feel every 2 to 3 years tops. If you want to keep an email account with all the same function forever you should get a paid service. Cheers!
