How to switch back to old "Hotmail" interface layout? (Aug 2016)

A few days ago my Hotmail e-mail account suddenly switch to the "Outlook" mail & layout (where the little blue line fills in across the screen under the "Outlook" icon....) I hate it! Why did it change & HOW CAN I SWITCH BACK TO THE OLD HOTMAIL FORMAT I WAS COMFORTABLE WITH ALL THESE YEARS???

    VERY UPSET...I have been swapped over to the new outlook without any notice and some of my folders are missing on the left hand side, obviously i don't know what is missing until I go to look for something, this is dreadful, the emails i have put in the folders that are missing i can of course retrieve emails that i am looking for by searching in my inbox all over again but this is extremely annoying . I am very upset indeed.  I liked the old format and everything had a place, now some of my folders are missing I am unhappy.  please don't tell me to use IE because I find that system useless compared to Google Chrome and my computer is all set up and everything has its place in google Chrome.  WHAT A LOAD MESS, don't have the time for this when i have to work as well....

    You know that they won't change it.

    Microsoft no longer cares.

    They have changed because Bill Gates is gone.

    Microsoft does what they want and no longer cares what the people say. Alot of people are unhappy with the changes. I read more and more everyday, but they won't change it. They only do what they want.

    I want my sweep option to be back, and you said there is no way to get back that old interface.

    at one time we can sweep only one particular mail. But in old interface we can delete or sweep multiple mails.

                         kindly let me know if there is a way.

    NO amount of Sorry from Sachin... is going to make us feel any better.  440 millions users?? That's a **** of a LOT of HATE.  And I too I HATE THIS FORMAT & now use my regular MicroWorst Office Outlook 2007 for all my emails. Hotmail & the soon to be changed Gmail & no doubt Yahooo... Sayonara.. Goodbye!!
