I agree with Michel. This issue with the on-line version of outlook continues as of October 3. My computer decided to update its software last week (didn't leave me an option not too since I needed to shut it down). Now all of my sent emails are not saved
in outlook. Only emails that show up in the sent box are those that route through the gmail account and then back to outlook. My settings use to route a sent message immediately into the sent items box, no matter the outgoing account (I have several). Now
most of my outgoing mail doesn't show up in outlook at all. Using Outlook for my business communications is no longer feasible. if I don't have a record of my sent messages. I don't see the benefit of using outlook if I have to go chase down the outgoing
mail messages through another provider. Don't tell me to go to the "options" and mail settings to change the sent mail option. It doesn't exist in the on-line version.
If you have a fix for this issue, then please let me know. If there isn't a fix before I get comfortable with using a different email program, I won't be back.
