Office for Mac 15.21.1 and Outlook message "some of the files in this web page aren't in the expected location...."

Life prior to 15.21.1 upgrade was OK.

Could start Outlook for Mac, select new email and away I go.

Following the update to 15.21.1, every time I start a new email or reply to a new email I get the message "some of the files in this web page aren't in the expected location. do you want ot download them anyway? if you're sure the web page is from a trusted source, click yes"

I assume it's referring to my signature, which is provided to my by my employer, so I trust it :-)

After that, I keep getting annoying clicks when I type on the keyboard, or boing noises...didn't encounter this, pre 15.21.1

    While looking into a fix for this issue, for users who use and have complex signature needs within Outlook Mac - Will you be willing to do a short phone call / Skype meeting with to go over your needs around signatures, what works, what doesn't work for you etc?

    During the phone conversation I'd also like to go over the types of Signatures that you create and any other issues, concerns and feedback you have on signatures on Outlook Mac.

    Silly question....  How do I send you my signature file from Outlook for Mac?  Do you just want me to email, with my "error'ing" signature to the address listed above, or is there a specific file I need to grab and send to you?

    How did you generate the signature? Could you quickly walk me through the steps? As in, did you use the built in signature editor, or did you use an external editor and copy/paste the signature in?
