My Outlook 365 Scroll Down Bar Not Visible instead its showing black area and i can not scroll down, following is image for reference any advise?

Same problem. I find the easiest fix is to resize the preview pane, which redraws the scroll bar correctly. Just moving it a few pixels does it.

Just wanted to update that the Outlook Team has been investigating this issue and they are working on a fix. The current plan is for the fix to ship in the upcoming builds 16.0.9029.xxxx. This build will start going to Insiders ~2/13 and production is currently targeted to the end of February. I'll post back if there are any changes to the plan. I apologize for the delay but wanted to confirm a resolution is forthcoming.
Until then, my suggestion of disabling the teams meeting addin seems to work for a number of people here.
This is not really a resolution, it's a workaround. I'm curious about a permanent fix? Anyone know of a resolution?
I've tried this, and it's not happened since (touch wood).
i have just recently downloaded teams, so it makes sense.
Is there any update on this?
