Outlook Calendar Notifications all Show in (UTC+00:00) Monrovia, Reykjavik Time Zone

My wife and I are having the same problem.  The only wrinkle is that only my wife receives the Icelandic message when I post a new calendar entry  If she posts a calendar entry, the notification message I get is normal.  Since the calendar itself shows the calendar entry properly this is not a big deal but just curious.  The shared calendar happens to be my personal calendar.  We have been on Outlook.com for years and this has only started recently. I would guess that it started somewhere after the recent major upgrades to Outlook.com.

Exactly the same issue here. All notifications are reported in UTC as described in this post whilst our personal region is set to Amsterdam (UTC+1).

No changes made to the accounts.

We have not made any account changes recently, and I have just recently noticed that the calendar notifications have the incorrect time zone (probably within the last month or two).

I have confirmed the correct time zones (PST) in our desktop Outlook applications, Outlook.com accounts (both of our accounts [see screen shot below]), Microsoft account information, and on both of our phones.

I receive calendar notifications to my email account (@live.com) when a calendar item is added to my wife's calendar (@outlook.com account). She usually adds the calendar item from her phone but also does from her laptop computer using the desktop version of Outlook. Either way I receive the calendar notifications with the incorrect time/zone to my email address.

I hope this information clarifies this situation. Thank you in advance for any suggestions you have.

Based on the description that you provided, there are settings that we need to configure to resolve this issue. However, we need to do some troubleshooting steps to isolate the cause of this problem. Before we proceed, may we know the following:

• Any changes made on the account prior to this concern?
• What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
• Is this the first time that you encountered this problem?
• Are you referring to Office Outlook installed on the computer or the Outlook.com website

I have this exact same problem. My wife shares her calendar with me  (she has @outlook.com and I have @live.com accounts), and the notifications I receive display incorrect time zone. They display the correct time in our desktop versions of Outlook and on our phones.

I have checked the time zone settings in both of our Microsoft accounts (Outlook.com online), and they are correct (PST).
