It's working for me now too but had to wait a long time for them to fix it.
Outlook Calendar Notifications all Show in (UTC+00:00) Monrovia, Reykjavik Time Zone

My wife shared her outlook.com calendar with me. We both have our time zones set to Eastern Time on outlook.com. However, whenever I get a notification that she added something to her calendar it shows in (UTC+00:00) Monrovia, Reykjavik Time Zone just in the notification.
For instance it says...
When: Wednesday, March 29, 2017 12:30 AM-1:00 AM. (UTC+00:00) Monrovia, Reykjavik
... when she makes an appointment at 8:30pm Eastern Time on 3/28. Both the time shows correctly on both of our calendars. Only the notification is wrong. How do I fix that?

2018-01-24T23:26:36+00:00 A similar issue as this has existed between my wife's business email and my company email for years (through two different companies!) It's not a shared calendar but it's anytime she sends me an appointment it has the crazy reference to Monrovia, Reykjavik. She and her tech support company at her office have tried everything and after reading through pages it appears to be a known issue? It's existed for us for years, how long does it take to patch?
I don't know why but it may have sorted itself out. I dont see that weird Monrovia, Reykjavik now........
