Error when trying to log in to outlook using Firefox

I am getting this error while trying to open my old Hotmail account. Started while actually in my account.

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to outlook.live.com. Invalid OCSP signing certificate in OCSP response. Error code: SEC_ERROR_OCSP_INVALID_SIGNING_CERT

    The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.

    Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

Any idea for a fix?

    Thanks! This is a great temporary fix. It's pathetic that we have to do this though. It's not enough that Microsoft completely ruined their e-mail with this new version, but they won't even keep their compatibility up... I sometimes wonder if they're not trying to force us towards Edge. Maybe I'm paranoid because they're been screwing up over and over again. Oh well.

    I'm using Firefox by the way.  The issue doesn't affect login in Internet Explorer, for me anyway. Not sure about Chrome or others.

    Had this same problem today.  I typed in outlook.com in the address bar, instead of my usual hotmail.com, and it worked just fine, but even outlook.com gave me the same error message only once, whereas hotmail.com gave an error every time, and still does.

    I found a temporary solution under a topic posted 29/05/17 called `Error when trying to log in to outlook using Firefox'. It's worked for me.

    I will go back in 24 hours to change false' back to true' in 24 hours. Hopefully, Microsoft will have fixed their problem by then.

    I phoned Microsoft and was told it was my computer. I don't think their overseas call centres are up to date with problems.
