Error when trying to log in to outlook using Firefox

I am getting this error while trying to open my old Hotmail account. Started while actually in my account.

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to outlook.live.com. Invalid OCSP signing certificate in OCSP response. Error code: SEC_ERROR_OCSP_INVALID_SIGNING_CERT

    The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.

    Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

Any idea for a fix?

    True, tested on IE and Chrome with no issue.

    I see that issue reported to Mozila, see link below, they think issue is in Microsoft server

    Yep. Same thing. However have had no trouple getting on with Chrome, IE or Silk. Has to be a Mozilla problem.

    Just like the Firefox cut and paste problem, there was bound to be tech answer somewhere in that about:config minefield.

    It's rather sad watching Firefox sinking... but the developers do keep making these costly mistakes.

    Try to access it via www.outlook.com. That way you don't have to change your security settings whilst this issue gets resolved.

    Doesn't work. You really should do better testing of your proposed solutions, before proposing them.

    The best workaround continues to be to type about:config into Firefox's address bar, then to set security.ssl.enable_ocsp_stapling to false, temporarily, until Microsoft sorts this out... as per the instructions in the most helpful reply in this thread.

    Still an issue at 1:00PM on 29.May.2017. 

    "Invalid OCSP signing certificate" from outlook.com, using Firefox 53.0.3 and Windows 10.0.15063
