how can i switch to hotmail old version?

I'm sorry to inform you we don't have the ability to revert back to the classic version of Hotmail. All hotmail accounts have already been updated to use the new and Improved Hotmail Webmail.

sorry to say since I went to OUTLOOK I have problems constantly signing in to get my e-mail. I may be forced to switch to another site!!

hi, I absolutely HATE the new version. I set up a hotmail email for my baby. For 2 and a half years I was emailing her regularly about all the important stuff in her life, so she can have a nice, fun time reading it in the future. Since the change ALL the emails are gone and there doesn't seem to be a way to get them back!!! and the support center I've emailed totally ignored me. Why did the emails disappear??  and where?? It should not have happened. As it says on the website after the update all your emails should be in your inbox etc. Well what I have is NOTHING, all mailboxes are empty. Gonna delete that account as the new outlook is completely rubbish!!!

If, as you suggested, you delete [cancel] the account, you can trust you will never again see the messages...
