how can i switch to hotmail old version?

I'm sorry to inform you we don't have the ability to revert back to the classic version of Hotmail. All hotmail accounts have already been updated to use the new and Improved Hotmail Webmail.

Thanks! 'new and improved'. LOL. It's utter **** and that's why you've had so many complaints and requests to return to the original Hotmail format.

Let me assist you on your concern regarding the error in page message that appears on the left side corner of your Outlook.com interface. One of the possible reasons on why this error message appears is that there's an issue with your browser.

To make sure that your browser settings doesn't contribute to this issue, we suggest that you optimize your browser. To optimize your browser, please refer to this link.

If you're using Internet Explorer, I recommend that you reset the security settings of it or run it in no "Add-ons" mode or reset your Internet Explorer settings. Follow methods 2, 3 and 4 in this article.

I also have big problem with the new OUTLOOK, it is not about connectivity of slow internet, it is all about "error in page" message appears on the left side corner of the page.

Please be informed that over time, Hotmail will be phased out and Outlook.com will be the free email service from Microsoft.

As part of this transition, the option to switch back to Hotmail is removed.

It’s important to remember that, no matter when you upgrade, your @hotmail.com address will always work.
