MarcoPB,
Thanks for the Avatar comment!
For starters, I sure screwed up on the phrasing of my first question, and then asking for a "yes" or "no" reply. <shaking head at self>
For starters, I'm trying to help, which is why I asked such specific questions, and I tried not to use pronouns such as it and he.she/ I noun leaves no chance of misunderstanding,
And, I always include the question I'm trying to answer so no one has to scroll back to see the question.
For clarification, might we all agree to the "new and improved" outlook.com site as the "(Preview)" site, since that is Microsoft's only notation regarding the fact the outlook.com site's been screwed-up?
If we keep a civil and construction tone--comments about Microsoft aside--I think we can all gain a bit of insight or understanding.
By for now,

P. S. Although I've been following this thread for a year or so (Ever since the (Preview) site appeared on the screen of a computer of a lady at a local Senior Center where I help folks understand how to use computer, I will refrain from stepping into the
middle of an ongoing conversation. And, I'm sorry for doing so in this instance.
Please accept my apology, thank you.
P. P. S. I wonder if, since this conversation started on September 1, 2012, and has was never related to the "(Preview)" version of Outlook, com, might anyone want a new thread entitled "(Preview) Edition of Outlook.com"?
