how can i switch to hotmail old version?

my internet connection is too slow for new version.

I'm sorry to inform you we don't have the ability to revert back to the classic version of Hotmail. All hotmail accounts have already been updated to use the new and Improved Hotmail Webmail.

sorry to say since I went to OUTLOOK I have problems constantly signing in to get my e-mail. I may be forced to switch to another site!!

    Seriously man, I mean, Comon' man. I feel you Mr. Bader. You are exactly right 100% I mean, here we are out here just doing our thing and now we have to relearn all this stuff again just to get back to square one. Please, whoever you are (group maybe), leave the stuff alone, unless it is broken do not fix, my grandma always said. Please, put those trigger fingers in them pockets for at least 10yrs. Please.

    I agree with you 100% Why is it that every time we all get used to using a program some geek (group maybe) decides that they need a new look and over-haul what we've become used to. Now, we have to learn new stuff and it takes half of our day just to go back to step one. What are these people doing in their offices, don't they know there is a real world out here where people are doing better things than just sit infront of their computers trying to relearn these things. Comon' man, really??? Let's just use one program (outlook now) for like let's say 20yrs, give or take 10yrs at least. Please, let's just leave the stuff alone and put our trigger fingers in our pockets for at least 10yrs. Please.

    Honestly?

    I was very satisfied with Hotmail. Only thing that annoyed me was - with using Windows 7 - when I replied to or wrote a new e-mail, the page always got stuck for about 30 seconds.

    When I first got noticed about the upgrade to outlook.com I took a look at it and thought "well, doesn't look as good, but let's see; they'll sure make it faster, fix the bugs and add all Hotmail's features".

    Now the upgrade is done, one can't switch back to Hotmail anymore, and I can't see any improvement. I do have quite a fast CPU and enough Memory, but Outlook runs very slow and I'm missing features!

    Most I'm missing the ability to reply to messages in junk-mail and I can't switch between connected accounts when using the mobile version on my Android Tab.

    I suggest, before losing many users, you (MSN) first work on making Outlook.com as convenient as Hotmail was, and meanwhile give us the possibility to switch back to Hotmail until everything is fixed!
