I agree with you 100% Why is it that every time we all get used to using a program some geek (group maybe) decides that they need a new look and over-haul what we've become used to. Now, we have to learn new stuff and it takes half of our day just to go
back to step one. What are these people doing in their offices, don't they know there is a real world out here where people are doing better things than just sit infront of their computers trying to relearn these things. Comon' man, really??? Let's just use
one program (outlook now) for like let's say 20yrs, give or take 10yrs at least. Please, let's just leave the stuff alone and put our trigger fingers in our pockets for at least 10yrs. Please.

I think M'soft corraled their Outlook developers in a closet, with no contact with the outside (shall we say, "real"?) world. Everyone inside that closet so isolated, yet so very close to the others in the closet, they cannot believe the entire world will
not fall all over themselves to embrace what they have accomplished (?) in their isolation-chamber (closet). Nicely don, M'soft, you've Scroogled one more product!
