how can i switch to hotmail old version?

my internet connection is too slow for new version.

I'm sorry to inform you we don't have the ability to revert back to the classic version of Hotmail. All hotmail accounts have already been updated to use the new and Improved Hotmail Webmail.

sorry to say since I went to OUTLOOK I have problems constantly signing in to get my e-mail. I may be forced to switch to another site!!

    I have finally figured it out.... to revert to the previous version of hotmail go to -

    • control panel
    • programs and features
    • find windows live esentials
    • go to uninstall
    • It will come up with options for un installation, just click uninstall mail.

    That simple, once you do this, your email account will automatically return to the previous version.

    Hope this helps, because I spent ages trying to find out ho to revert.

    Hi,

    I assume you are referring to Windows Live Mail, not the web-based Hotmail. Please be informed that Windows Live Mailis an email client where you can configure or add your mail accounts while Hotmailis a web-based email service and it cannot be uninstalled.
