Lost/stolen iphone - how to log out of Hotmail remotely

My iPhone has been stolen and I am concerned because there is a browser window open and logged in to Hotmail. 

How can I log out of all Hotmail sessions, thereby closing the one on the iPhone remotely?

There is also a quick link to email on the homepage of the iPhone, but I have changed the Hotmail password which I believe stops this working, whereas the browser window stays logged in even after the password has been changed.

I have found advice elsewhere that says you can log out of all sessions by going to "options", "personal", but I cannot find these options on my Hotmail.

    When I loose control over an active browser session I would like to be able to terminate it via another device.

    This is a big concern because there is potentialy private data in the email account.

    The requirement seems pretty simple but maybe I'm mistake and is a solution not straightforward.

    Also I haven't found a clear statement on how this works. And would really like to know because it makes me feel unsafe using Hotmail / outlook.

    what is the point of "change my password" when other open sessions are still active??
