Lost/stolen iphone - how to log out of Hotmail remotely

My iPhone has been stolen and I am concerned because there is a browser window open and logged in to Hotmail. 

How can I log out of all Hotmail sessions, thereby closing the one on the iPhone remotely?

There is also a quick link to email on the homepage of the iPhone, but I have changed the Hotmail password which I believe stops this working, whereas the browser window stays logged in even after the password has been changed.

I have found advice elsewhere that says you can log out of all sessions by going to "options", "personal", but I cannot find these options on my Hotmail.

    I do not understand why MODERATORS continue to hand out incorrect information.

    Yes, the user should change their password and any security questions.  But this will not fix the problem, and it WILL NOT LOG THE USER OFF THAT COMPUTER.

    This remains a HUGE security hole. 

    If a hotmail user logs into hotmail (not windows live) on a public computer, then walks away, forgetting to sign off, the hotmail account is open to read, send, etc, until

    someone graciously logs the errant user off

    the browser is closed

    the computer is shut off

    What's the best fix?

    Get a GMAIL account

    go to the original hotmail account.  set the profile to forward all mail to gmail and NOT store a copy.

    then the hotmail account will no longer receive new messages.  but the old messages will be available for reading, downloading, forwarding, etc.

    HOTMAIL SHOULD PROVIDE A WAY TO LOG OFF ALL SESSIONS.  AND THEY SHOULD DO IT SOON.

    This is horrible. Not only does Hotmail suck in comparison to gmail but the users are doing testing for them and telling them how their product work. This forum is to get answers from you and not for us to tell you how your product work. 

    You lied (or atleast didn't know which is same) on my last thread. I'm stuck with Hotmail because I got it way back but pls you guyz need to step up as well.

    so when i explain this to my wife (low computer literacy), how do i get her to enter comments without displaying her email address and without the response going back to her hotmail account, which is likely being read by others.

    The IP logons will show whether or not the password was hacked, but the PW has been changed.  Now we need hotmail to close every session and force new logons.

    Gmail has this.  Why doesnt hotmail?

    Hi,

    Once you changed your password, not in your ipad, the other user will not be able to get into your account already. Should your client do some activities in your account as you forgot to logged out, your client won't be able to continue on as he/she will be prompted with the sign in page.
