Original title: Outlook LIVE (outlook.com) "Something went wrong and we can't sign you in right now. Please try again later".
I have a custom domain running Outlook LIVE through outlook.com. I've had an old passport account which has been with me for a long time but didn't used to have email associated with it. I recently updated it to have email enabled, but I'm not able to login to outlook live with that account.
How can I get around the "Something went wrong and we can't sign you in right now. Please try again later" error, or determine what the problem is? I waited about a month but I'm still having the same problem. I would really like to get email onto this account since it's the account I have all of my other things (xbox, phone, win8) pointed to.
Thanks

downinf12, I am beginning to think the same way especially when MS recently announced that they are reducing the standard 15gb space in OneDrive to 5gb across the board even to accounts initially granted 15gb. Why couldn't MS have the 5gb applied to only new accounts.
Thank you Amrita, I believe the issue has been resolved since some work was done on the server in question in the back end.
