Now I can't edit contact and add new contact to outlook.com account on my Android phone.

I have 2 problems:

  1. The option to edit contacts on my Android phone is no longer listed as an option. I can only view the contacts.
  2. When I want to add new contact on my Android phone, I can only add to my Gmail account.

Any work around for these problem? Apart from switching to WP/Apple.

    Yes it seems incredible, for this reason I came back to use only Gmail, it works perfectly.

    As strong reply to these problems Microsoft decided to decrease Onedrive space from 15GB to 5GB, a reason more to forget about any Microsoft service and switch to another provider.

    I'm confused ... I think we are talking about editing Contacts in the Android version. That still can't be done.

    Just for the lack of this feature y have moved to GMail.

    I'm talking about setting an account up in Android, yes, but not necessarily with the Outlook for Android app. I suggest you try the built-in Mail app, which is what I'm describing. Compare how it works against what you're using now.

    Are you talking about de Android version?

    Log into http://mail.live.com/ using your @msn.com address and password. Do you see "Outlook.com" or "Outlook Mail" at the left end of the menu bar? If the latter, try removing the account and re-adding it. Try adding it in the Settings>Accounts dialog, choosing an Exchange account as the account type.
