I want to change the default page after signing out from Outlook.com

In August 2013 I asked a question on this community about how to change the default page after signing out of Outlook.com. Since opening my email address in July, every time when I sign out it goes to MSN.co.uk - a page I do not want. I want this go to MSN.co.nz, for my country. I have looked for settings to change this - but nothing is available on the outlook.com settings. And yes - before anyone asks me - my details all CLEARLY state New Zealand as my country on my profile. I have checked this multiple upon multiple times.

I have asked for solutions but no luck so far. In replies from the Microsoft Community, various suggestions have been provided and webpages to contact - which I have done. But those websites either tell me to check my country details (doh!...as if I am that stupid), don't reply or send me to other webpage - which simply repeats the previous responses.

We can land space vehicles on Mars, do complex brain surgery, find the Higgs Boson, see distant stars and planets...yet no one can provide a simple solution to this?? I may not be a computer genius, but seriously, come on...solving this can't really be this hard.

Can anyone shed some specific and direct solutions to this?

Hi,

I have just noticed the last few days that when I sign out I'm now directed to MSM!!!! I have always been redirected to Nine MSM which is Australia, what is being done to fix this issue? I dont want to go to MSM, it's of no interest to me.

Seeing as how I have always gone to Nine MSM something must have been changed.

I have been using outlook for a year or more and this have never happened, I hope this can be fixed, as I see I'm not the only person with this issue. :(

Hi All.

I think this really sucks!!!! Why all of a sudden are we all being redirected to **MSM??????**Who's interstested in that? As it's only just happened to me and so many other people it would be a simple fix for the tech's to do.

Mine has always been redirected to Nine MSM with the message you have been logged out at the top of the screen...

I have found a way to log out to Nine MSM but it's annoying to have to do it.

When I'm ready to log out I go to my profile and edit MSM... I have no counrty listing then scroll to the bottom and save, then from that page I go to my Name (top right corner) click and say log out, it takes a little longer but it redirects to Nine MSM????? why I dont know but for me its worth it just to avoid seeing that MSM page.

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community forum about this.

I understand that most of you are having issues being redirected to the wrong MSN homepage after signing out from your mailbox. We're sorry for the inconvenience.

We'd like to know if this happens if you sign out from calendar.live.com or people.live.com or if it only happens whenever you sign out from outlook.com?

This may help us further isolate what's causing the issue.
