I want to change the default page after signing out from Outlook.com

In August 2013 I asked a question on this community about how to change the default page after signing out of Outlook.com.  Since opening my email address in July, every time when I sign out it goes to MSN.co.uk - a page I do not want.  I want this go to MSN.co.nz, for my country.  I have looked for settings to change this - but nothing is available on the outlook.com settings. And yes - before anyone asks me - my details all CLEARLY state New Zealand as my country on my profile. I have checked this multiple upon multiple times.

I have asked for solutions but no luck so far. In replies from the Microsoft Community, various suggestions have been provided and webpages to contact - which I have done.  But those websites either tell me to check my country details (doh!...as if I am that stupid), don't reply or send me to other webpage - which simply repeats the previous responses.

We can land space vehicles on Mars, do complex brain surgery, find the Higgs Boson, see distant stars and planets...yet no one can provide a simple solution to this??  I may not be a computer genius, but seriously, come on...solving this can't really be this hard.

Can anyone shed some specific and direct solutions to this?

    Hi Joey_D,

    I'm sure that you are able to follow all the posts here, not only from myself but many other Outlook users,

    I find it hard to believe that the forum moderators and the Microsoft support team cannot converse with each other and find a solution to this worldwide issue.

    It is becoming very frustrating and would hope that a solution can soon be found, there have been many conflicting reports from vaious moderstors.

    As I have mention many times this has only happened to me in mid July, for other users it seemed to happen earlier, Please fix this issue.... Regards

    Hi Evan 405,  The thing that gets my goat about it is that I have 2 computers running from the same modem, both run windows 7 and explorer 11.   My main machine which is hard wired desk top machine works great no problems what so ever, the other one is a wireless lap top which I have the problems with.   Thinking about it though I did do a complete clean of the hard drive and fresh load up of windows 7 on the desktop machine after the switchover from Hotmail to outlook.   I might give the lap top the same treatment.   Will let you know if this helps, a bit drastic I know but what the heck.

    Hi Geoff, Yes its very frustrating for what I would think should be a simple fix. This whole issue only started for me in Mid July, until then it had never happen. I have posted another reply to a forum modulator as he requested, lets hope they can get this sorted out. I have been with hotmail for so long I can't remember, then we were forced to change to outlook. Good luck to us all.

    Hi Joey,

    If you go back through this forum you will see plenty of detailed messgaes regaring this Outlook issue posted by myself, It was sugeested that I contact the support team, they replied with the link for me to follow and send back to them what I found!!!!.

    I then recieved a follow up from questionair about this issue, this is my to them reply (see below)

    "My problem was not resolved, this issue is not only for me but

    many users worldwide.

    If you followed the forum page you would see this. As I have stated

    When logging out of outlook.com email I'm now redirected to the

    MSM USA site!! For the previous several years I was always

    Directed to my home city, as I've also said if before I log out if I go

    To my profile, but change nothing then log out from there it goes

    to my home city. Hotmail always went to my home city, outlook

    always did until mid July 2014 so what has changed? I'm not the

    expert and I thought you should be able to easily come up with

    a solution to this problem". Regards
