How do i prevent the outlook logout from redirecting to msn?

To all customer who are having the same issue that after logging out from Outlook.com it directs to the MSN page.

I would like to inform you that this is by design and this is depends on the ISP or the DNS. The ISP or the DNS detects the default homepage.

despite the fact we users understand this is by design you haven't answered the other problem of why doesn't any of the selections work? If I want to choose the AUS option it does nothing, same for the US and same for the 'never bother me again'.

So can you please advise how we the user base is meant to resolve this problem?

Actually, you can't block msn.com through the hosts file. -- I know because this was my first solution to this issue.

Certain microsoft websites bypass the hosts file -- There are a few articles about this on the internet, if you care to verify or you can just test it yourself.

Thank you Moi-MA, have applied the redirection extension to Chrome and it works!
