How to change subscribed calendar refresh interval

I am having the same issues but the calendar subscribed to from outlook.com will either never sync, or only sync when first added.  I know it is not calendar compatibility because I am trying to sync a Microsoft exchange calendar through a 3rd party service.  The third party service (icalx.com) is always updated everytime that the desktop outlook pushes out the calendar updates. So why can't outlook.com calendars receive the same refresh.  I used to publish the calendar in question to office online calendars as a public calendar and never had these issues.  I cannot do that anymore because the service has been shutdown.  I would be glad to share more details in a private message.

Compatibility issue seems legit, however the problem occurs with an iCal online calendar... Pretty much a standard. 

The issue initially happened with a private Google calendar (I hoped to sync Win8 & android calendars this way), so I was not much inclined to share it with you.

entries for today (2014-05-22) not synced (morning one created May,19) 

most others do not sync either, a quick check on the iCal feed and a comparison with the database entries on live.com should reflect several items missing. 

Also entries that were deleted several weeks ago (2014-05-21 15:00) still appear.

As mentioned by Ralph_YS on the above post, the refresh rate depends on the subscribed calendar you added on your Outlook.com Calendar. There are some instances that the subscribed or even imported calendar will not work on the client, mobile devices or Outlook.com web because there are some data on it that we need to consider like the compatibility. For example, subscribed calendar will work/sync on your email client but not with your Outlook.com Calendar or vice-versa.

For us to investigate deeper on your issue, please provide us the following information below on the private message area.

• Account in question
• Calendar name in question
• Sample events/entries that were not synching on your Calendar
• Calendar URL for your subscribed Calendar

As a moderator, or a community manager, your lack of attention on a topic where we discuss a frustrating bug is easily perceived as insulting to disappointed Microsoft customers.

P.S. If you may be so kind as to follow up a bug report for our issue to the Microsoft calendar dev team, that would actually help.

I understand the inconvenience this may have caused you regarding the refresh rate of your subscribed calendars. For this issue, Please be informed that the refresh rate depends on the subscribed calendar you added on your Calendar in Outlook.com. As for initial troubleshooting, we suggest that you remove the subscribed calendar and add it back again and check if it will work after then.

If issue still persists and for other customers experiencing the same issue, we suggest that you refer to this link and go Contact Us for further assistance. You may also create your own thread so that we can better address your concern regarding this as we need more information necessary for investigation about this issue.
