How to change subscribed calendar refresh interval

Why?  What will you do with the information?  You should know that I have lost all faith in the ability of this forum and its moderators to provide any support for this problem?  You want to know more about it?  Read the dozens of threads and hundreds of posts on this problem, including a number of threads linked to in this thread.

First I want to offer my deepest apology for the inconvenience this issue "Calendar refresh interval" caused you.

I would like to break this down a step at a time and hoping for your cooperation.

 

Please post back with the following information so that I could atleast replicate/troubleshoot it on my end and if its needed to be escalated to our Engineers I'll do it.

 

• What are the calendar/s in question (a link would be a great help so that I can subscribe to it too).
• Does the issue only occurs to subscribed calendars?
• What browser you are usually using when accessing your Windows Live Hotmail Calendar?
• When did the issue occurs? Were you able to use Windows Live Hotmail Calendar before without the said issue/behavior?

With all due respect this is a relatively un-helpful, un-informed, and generally meaningless response. The link provided is really just information that most everyone complaining on this forum already knows. It does not seem as if the person responding took any time to understand what the problem really is, again!

I am seriously considering writing a letter to the VP of the Windows division as to the sad state of support here on these forums. I just have not have had the time to do so yet. If I were a manager at Microsoft I would truly be embarrassed by this.
