I reported two phishing scams to Outlook by clicking on the drop down "report phishing scam" in the Outlook mail app. Where does the phish e-mail go and is it reported to the genuine company, in this case a bank? Also, why can't a suspicious e-mail be forwarded to a reporting agency without opening it and exposing my computer and possibly my contact list to the bad guys?

Yes, it really is off topic.
In no way does it address the question that was asked
Your reply has absolutely no relationship to the question that was asked. Adblock is good but apparently it does not in any way help MS to deal with Phishing Mails. Nor do boobs.
AdBlock. Best invention since boobs.
Kind of off subject, but not really. Several weeks ago I needed vitamin B-12. I looked here and there, found on Ebay and put on Watch List. Next couple days later, a picture of the same bottle of vitamin B-12 that I was looking at, now appeared on the right hand margin of my email screen. Then the following week a presentation of three bottles of vitamin B-12 appeared on the right side of my MSN Homepage screen. Now a couple of weeks later, I have 30 bottles of vitamin B-12 in about a dozen or so applications and presentations like, crème, lotion, spray, salve...and all appearing on the right side of my MSN Homepage. It is the same quantity, maker, description as the one I ordered on Ebay. Do you ever feel tracked like that?
