I used to have an MSN email account, now it's saying it doesn't exist! What happened to it?

Account issues contain private information which cannot be shared in a public forum please use the online form listed below. They are the only ones who have access to your account information, we simply don't.

All account related questions should now be asked online using the Microsoft Online form

Select the error you need help with and fill out the requested details on the next page.  You need to be signed in with a Microsoft account to access the form.

If you are unable to access your primary account, you can use an alternate account (if you have one) or create a new one https://signup.live.com/

    Hello,

My old MSN account was ******@msn.com.  Is there any way for me to get it back?

    Thanks

    From http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/outlook/account-closed:

"To keep your Outlook.com account active you must sign in to the account at least once every 365 days. After 365 days of inactivity, your email will be deleted and cannot be recovered. After 5 years of inactivity, your Microsoft account will be deleted and cannot be recovered."

If you lose an account ending in @msn.com, I doubt you'll ever be able to use that address again. Microsoft is no longer allowing the opening or reopening of addresses ending in @msn.com, as far as I can tell.
