MSN email account doesn't exist??

I used to have an MSN email account, now it's saying it doesn't exist! What happened to it?

    Whether the account exists or not at Microsoft won't affect the Sony store, so if you purchased things at Sony, log in there to see them. If you bought things from a Microsoft site, then, of course, you're correct that it will affect your purchases.

    Hi Andrews,

    To keep your Outlook.com account active you must sign in to the account at least once every 365 days. After 365 days of inactivity, your email will be deleted and cannot be recovered. After 5 years of inactivity, your Microsoft account will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

    Hi I have not used one of my man accounts for 2 years however now I need to access it as it is attached to my Facebook account. The email address which I can't access is ******@live.co.uk

    When was the last time you logged into your account with a browser?  Accounts are marked as inactive and the data deleted if you do not sign into them at least once per year, and unless you made the back up that Microsoft recommended when you signed up for the email address, the data is gone because, like you, the online servers are not backed up
