MSN email account doesn't exist??

I used to have an MSN email account, now it's saying it doesn't exist! What happened to it?

    Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

    To keep your Outlook.com account active you must **sign in** to the account at least once every 365 days.

    For more information I suggest you to follow the suggestions provided by the JMH3143 (MS-MVP")) replied on February 4, 2016.

    Dear Sir my Old Email @hotmail.co.uk is blocked, When I try to log in it's showing "That Microsoft account doesn’t exist." I'm in trouble. Because My all recovery email attached when this email account. I have another email "@msn.com" I forget the password of this email account I need to recover this account but all emails goes to  "******@hotmail.co.uk". even I cannot login to my facebook account. Please help me to recover this Hotmail ID ******@hotmail.com.

    Could you please check my brother's email account also ******@hotmail.com. I guess it has been inactive that is why when he tries to sign in it shows that the account doen't exist.
