It also cuts off email content when printing. Not good.

    Hi Lace_,

If you are having some issues while printing email messages, we would like to ask some questions for us to isolate the issue:

    • Have you tried to print other documents to see if the same issue will arise?
    • Have you tried to sign in to another browser/PC then print the same email message?
    • Were you also able to try to use a mail client such as Windows Live Mail and print the same email message?

We may also need for a screenshot of the email message showing on your screen and a picture of the printout of the email showing the issue.

For generating the screenshot, please refer to the private message that I have created. You need to be signed in to the Microsoft Community forum to view the link. Just click on "You have a private reply to this message" link just above your post to view the message.

We also need you to reply back to this post if you already provided the information on the private data area. This will help facilitate our actions regarding your issue.

    Thanks!

If you happen to use either FireFox or Chrome as your Web browser, there is an add on available that gets rid of the side bar ads.  It is called WebMail Ad Blocker. I use it, and it works.  It is free.  Just search for it in FireFox's add on area, or online.

It works along with the browser, so you do not have to "re-click" anything to keep the ads from coming back. I hope this helps you.

    Good Luck!
