Are you trying to print an email from outlook.com? If so, then you need to use the proper Print option. Click on the three dots (...) on the command bar and select Print. This should allow you to print just the email and not the ads.

the side bar sucks who ever thought of that needs to be fired.

how about putting it on the bottom of the page so it doesn't interfere with reading emails

    paulbukewihge,

If you use either Chrome or Firefox as your browser, use the free browser add-on called "webmail ad blocker" (there is a version for Firefox and a version for Chrome). It will remove the ads and expand your inbox to use the space where the ads were.

My experience with webmail ad blocker is different.  For me, in Chrome, it removes the ads but leaves the ad space with a note from MS that "it appears you're using a blocker...,".  So for me, the email body is not expanded as I had hoped.
