I just went to Ad Free Outlook.com and you ask for my CREDIT CARD!!!!!!

Thank-you so very much for the offer... to take my money to have an ad FREE screen.

    Another happy customer. NOT!

Guess that is a NEW Business plan to make more money.  Just throw stuff into Hotmail that people don't want or use and then charge them to turn it off.  That way you can serve your advertisers vs. your customers.

Why is it that sometimes I sign in and the "To Bar" goes all the way across, and then I have to go down to subject and that goes all the way across instead of the original format where you could see who you were sending to on the left hand and then the subject above the content.

Just another frustrating - hate to use this new screen - experience

I also hate this side bar of ads.  Why are these techies trying to destroy the Hotmail experience.  I wish they had better things to do with their time.  Some of us just wanna send emails, etc.

WHy is it that sometimes I sign into Hotmail and it looks normal and another time I sign in and the TO: goes all the way across the screen, then you have to drop down and the subject goes all the way across.

    It is really user unfriendly.

I am really getting disgusted with all of these email companies.  If a simplier, straight forward email came out - at this point I think I would sign up in a second.

    Hello everyone,

I understand that you do not seem to like the ads that you are seeing on the right side of the screen. As what the previous moderators mentioned on this thread, the only way to remove those ads is by subscribing to Ad Free Outlook.com.

We do not encourage our users to use third party ad blocker as this may harm the computer causing it not to execute tasks properly.

We appreciate all the feedback that our customer provide us as this can help us in imrpoving our services in the future. You can send all your feedbacks here.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thank you.
