Hi Seacoast 11, LizDowhan and David RBQ,

Welcome to Microsoft Community and sorry for the delayed response.

    @ Seacoast 11,

If you're currently having issues with the "To Bar" goes all the way across in your screen, it is possible that your browser is not currently maximize, kindly click the Maximize button on your browser so we could determine if this is contributing to the issue.

The Maximize button is located in the upper right corner of your browser beside 'X'.

    @ LizDowhan and David RBQ,

We appreciate your thoughts and opinions about our product. If you have any feedback, comments and suggestions, please don't hesistate to share them by referring to the link provided by Marites.

@ Seacoast 11, LizDowhan and David RBQ,

Guess that is a NEW Business plan to make more money.  Just throw stuff into Hotmail that people don't want or use and then charge them to turn it off.  That way you can serve your advertisers vs. your customers.

Why is it that sometimes I sign in and the "To Bar" goes all the way across, and then I have to go down to subject and that goes all the way across instead of the original format where you could see who you were sending to on the left hand and then the subject above the content.

Just another frustrating - hate to use this new screen - experience

    Hello everyone,

I understand that you do not seem to like the ads that you are seeing on the right side of the screen. As what the previous moderators mentioned on this thread, the only way to remove those ads is by subscribing to Ad Free Outlook.com.

We do not encourage our users to use third party ad blocker as this may harm the computer causing it not to execute tasks properly.

We appreciate all the feedback that our customer provide us as this can help us in imrpoving our services in the future. You can send all your feedbacks here.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thank you.
