    Hi Lace_,

If you are having some issues while printing email messages, we would like to ask some questions for us to isolate the issue:

    • Have you tried to print other documents to see if the same issue will arise?
    • Have you tried to sign in to another browser/PC then print the same email message?
    • Were you also able to try to use a mail client such as Windows Live Mail and print the same email message?

We may also need for a screenshot of the email message showing on your screen and a picture of the printout of the email showing the issue.

For generating the screenshot, please refer to the private message that I have created. You need to be signed in to the Microsoft Community forum to view the link. Just click on "You have a private reply to this message" link just above your post to view the message.

We also need you to reply back to this post if you already provided the information on the private data area. This will help facilitate our actions regarding your issue.

    Thanks!

It also cuts off email content when printing. Not good.

    Funny answer

All we are asking is to have the facility to remove completely (should we wish so) the side advert bar that takes up some of the screen

In MY CHOICES section of the new system - it gives you chance to remove them - but then as soon as you do something active in your OUTLOOK emails , it comes back????????????????????

I totally agree with all the post I have read, I hate this whole Outlook thing.  Hotmail was just fine.  I do have other email accounts and will probably choose 1 of those as my primary now even though this has been for about 15 years.
