Have been using new Outlook last few days no problem but this morning I am unable to access my emails, just a white screen saying 'This service is unavailable'. Nothing reported so any suggestions?

Hello everyone,

We apologize for the inconvenience this matter may have caused you.

As of yesterday we received an update that the recent server outage has been resolved. It appears that this is another temporary error that needs further investigation.

As our initial troubleshooting, we'd like you to check the status of the service at https://status.live.com. Please make sure you sign in on the website to check the status of your server.

We also recommend you to follow the steps on the discussion thread mentioned below that carries additional troubleshooting steps to help you get access to your account.

I cannot sign into my account. What can I do to solve this issue?

You can also refer to this sticky thread for updates: Latency issues and receiving error messages in Outlook.com "Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Hotmail right now", "dub002.mail.live.com is down" or “The Service is Unavailable”

If you're still unable to access your account, we would like to know your affected email account and approximate start time of the incident.

Note: Any email address that you share in your post will be visible only to representatives of Microsoft and yourself. Email addresses will be removed from everyone else's view.

Thank you.

I've had the same thing for at least the last 3 hours. Service Unavailable, or endless scrolling at the login stage and then nothing. Yet I can access a second account without apparent problem.

Still no luck with Outlook on my laptop but can access my email via hotmail on my tablet.. Just as wellwell because its still no problems according  to website!

I'm having the same issue and so is my daughter. I can access calendar and the service status says it's all normal. I get the blank white screen with service unavailable in top left corner
