    Hi BellaB28,

We would like to ask for additional details with regard to the issue that you have encountered when viewing the images included in an email message. Please provide the answer to the following questions on your next post:

    • Did the same issue occur when you use different browsers in accessing those emails?
    • Do you encounter the same issue when accessing your account to view the emails on another computer?

Regarding the issue with receiving an error message, 'We can't connect to Outlook at the moment', please verify if it persists regardless of the browser, computer, and account that you use. If so, please provide the details that I have asked in the Private Message tab for us to investigate the issue on our end.

Note: You need to sign into this website using your Microsoft account and click the link that states, "You have a private reply to this message..." or click Private Messages across All Replies in order to see the tab.

    Thank you.

That didn't work, because my settings under 'group by conversation and preload messages' are already set to show messages individually. The sender is already on my safe list and has been for years.

    2.       Type and version of your browser

    3.       Operating System

    4.       Which device were you using when you faced this issue (PC, laptop, phone, Surface etc)

    5.       Please provide a brief description of the issue. We need to know whether you're viewing,

              downloading/uploading, etc. the attachment.

    6.       For users who clicked the upgrade button, we would like you to verify if you're using HTTPS

settings. To check this, you just have to look at the URL on the address field.

    7.       Did you change any settings on your account and browser before you encountered this problem?

    @BellaB28,

If you cannot see the pictures on the emails that has been sent to you, make sure that these senders are included on your safe senders list and you are not on conversational threading when viewing your emails. To check if you have enabled this feature on your account, kindly follow the steps below:

    1. Sign in to using your Microsoft account.
    2. Click on the 'gear icon' located at the top right part of the screen.
    3. From the options choose More mail settings.
    4. Under Reading email, chooseGroup by conversation and preload messages.
    5. On Conversation settings, chooseShow messages individually.
    6. Click Save.

I hope that this was helpful. Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thank you.
